How to Protect Your Belongings While Moving

Moving to a new place can be both exciting and stressful. Choosing a professional moving company has its own challenges. Protecting your precious belongings and household items is very important and will help make your move a success. Here are some ways to ensure your valuables are safe while moving:

• Don’t pack everything in one box. Make sure you can lift it yourself.
• Heavier things should be packed in small boxes. 
• Prevent boxes from caving in by avoiding to stack anything on top of boxes.
• Make sure the box doesn't have any dead weight. Fill them all to the top. 
• Pack clothes in wardrobe boxes. 
• When the moving crew arrives, make sure everything is already packed and ready to go.
